We also work with a number of realtors and can help you find the best house on the market to turn into your dream home.
Initial design concept and consultation
The first thing we do in any initial consultation is listen very carefully. What works in your space now? What doesn’t? How do you need the space to function for you? What design style or elements speak to you?
Following a review of these critical questions, we will provide you with a mood board, concept framework and proposed approach. We will leverage our experience to consider how to maximize and enhance your space.
Spatial design and floor plans
Once we are aligned in our approach, we will work with you to consider all the elements of your space and your design – how to make the most of its function and beauty. We will provide more detailed floor plans for consideration, and collaborate to make your space the most YOU it can be.
Sourcing, planning and renovation project management
We understand the process, pressure and timelines of renovations. Our team can come in to make simple changes that will enhance your space. Or, we can leverage our existing networks to plan and implement large scale projects. We can take care of everything, including securing appropriate permits, coordinating and managing the full range of trades and actualizing a finished, cohesive design.
Colour, materials and furniture selection
We will work with you to find the palette, materials, texture and patterns that speak to you. We will listen carefully and use our expertise and contacts to help you find the right design elements, furniture pieces and accents which are consistent with the design plan and fit any budget.
Magazine-worthy staging and finishes
Once the dust has settled and been wiped away, we will place and source the final pieces of the puzzle to make your space sing. Part of that will be functionality – making sure everything is stored and organized in the most convenient way.
Part of that is playing with light and colour and design to make sure every time someone walks into your home, they are blown away by the cohesive, welcoming and unique nature of your space.
